The Platform operates on a marketplace model and functions as an intermediary facilitating transactions between independent third-party sellers ("Sellers") and users/buyers ("Users", "you").
While you can browse sections of the Platform without the need of sharing any information with us, please note we do not offer any product or service outside India and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India.
By visiting this Platform, providing your information or availing our product/service, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and the applicable service/product terms and conditions, and agree to be governed by the laws of India including but not limited to the laws applicable to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree please do not use or access our Platform.
When you use our Platform, we collect and store your information which is provided by you from time to time. Once you give us your personal data, you are not anonymous to us. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional. You always have the option to not provide data by choosing not to use a particular service, product or feature on the Platform.
We collect and analyse your personal data relating to your buying behaviour, browsing patterns, preferences, and other information that you choose to provide while interacting with our Platform. If you enrol into our loyalty and membership programme, such as ZestCoins or similar programmes, we will collect and store your personal data such as name, contact number, email address, communication address, date of birth, gender, zip code, lifestyle information, demographic and work details.
The Platform may offer optional interactive features such as virtual try-on, virtual try & buy, augmented reality (AR), camera-based previews, or similar visualisation tools ("Virtual Try-On Features") to assist users in visualising certain products, including apparel, accessories, cosmetics, or similar items.
If you choose to use the Virtual Try-On Features, we may collect and process certain information including images, videos, live camera inputs, facial or body contours, skin tone indicators, size or fit-related inputs, camera access data, and related device or technical information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not use such data to identify you personally, do not create biometric profiles, and do not use Virtual Try-On data for identity verification, facial recognition, or surveillance purposes.
Images or videos captured through Virtual Try-On Features are not retained beyond the duration necessary to provide the feature, except where limited retention is required for troubleshooting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or where you have expressly consented to longer retention.
Use of the Virtual Try-On Features is entirely optional. Denial or revocation of camera or related permissions may limit or disable the availability of such features.
We use your personal data to take and fulfil orders, deliver products and services, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products, services, and promotional offers. We also use it to assist sellers and business partners in handling and fulfilling orders; enhance customer experience; resolve disputes; troubleshoot problems; help promote a safe service; collect money; measure consumer interest; inform you about online and offline offers; customise and enhance your experience; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; enforce our terms and conditions; and report to regulatory authorities where required.

Zestfindz shall not be responsible for the privacy practices or the content of their privacy policies, and we request you to read their privacy policies prior to disclosing any information.
We maintain reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information. Whenever you access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. However, by using the Platform, users accept the inherent security implications of data transmission over the internet which cannot always be guaranteed as completely secure. Users are responsible for ensuring the protection of login and password records for their account.
We provide all users with the opportunity to opt out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications after setting up an account with us. Use of our Platform is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You have an option to withdraw your consent that you have already provided by writing to us and mentioning "for withdrawal of consent" in the subject line. We will verify such requests before acting upon them.
