Velvet Hina, a floral and woody attar
Hina is one of the traditional attar names in Indian perfumery rather than a modern invention. Velvet Hina opens on soft florals and settles into warm woody notes, which is a gentler profile than the resinous oud attars in the range and warmer than the citrus ones.
The oil contains no alcohol and comes in a 6 ml roll-on bottle measuring 6 cm by 2 cm.
Fragrance notes and oil concentration
- Soft florals on top. Rounded rather than sharp, which is what gives this attar its comforting rather than bright opening.
- Warm woody notes underneath. These carry the fragrance through the day and are what it settles into on the skin.
